Green Building Program
I have just completed the Green Building Course and have been certified as a Green Builder by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We will be incorporating Green Building practices into our Buildings.
The main goals of these practices are to lessen carbon footprint and increase Energy Efficiency. Realizing that today’s consumers want more Energy Efficiency and Lower Costs, it is the Goal of Breeden Construction to offer this improvement.

Warranty
Breeden Construction LLC stands behind and is responsible for the everything we build. While most components are warranted for a period of one year, there are certain elements of the construction and products used in the construction which have warranties extending beyond the one-year period.
- General warranty: 2 yrs labor/workmanship
- Roof Structure : 4 yrs, state mandated
- Major Structural: 10 yrs, state mandated
Specific warranties:
1. Vinyl siding: limited lifetime
2. Shingles: 30 yr. pro-rated
3. Doors: 2 yrs.
4. Windows : frames-lifetime, screens-5 yrs., glass-15 yrs.
5. Plumbing : commodes-10 yr., faucets-limited lifetime, water heater-6 yrs., bath-tubs-3 yrs.
6. Electrical: 2 yrs.,
7. HVAC: 1 yr labor, 5 yrs. on furnace & ac unit, 20 yrs. heat exchanger.
8. Appliances: 1yr. (owner must register with manufacturer).
9. Items not specified-such as flooring or cabinetry are the same as builder warranty-2 yrs.
10. Upon contractual agreement owner will receive NAHB handbook covering all building components of house.
