After a sump pump failure resulted in a few inches of water in our basement, the bottom 24 inches of sheet rock had to be removed. In addition to repairing the water damage, we decided take the opportunity to update the basement by replacing the acoustic drop ceiling with a finished sheet rock ceiling, add a gas fireplace and improve the heating and cooling airflow in the basement. We chose Breeden Construction because of their experience and professionalism in home construction.
Tim Pratt and his team of sub-contractors did a fantastic job not only restoring our basement, but making it much more modern and up to date. They did a great job matching the walls where the sheet rock had been removed and integrating the new construction with the existing construction.
