During my 25 plus years in construction, I have concentrated on every step in the building process and have maintained my focus from the very beginning to the finishing touches. I work to keep consistent Quality Workmanship from beginning to completion and take great pride in that finished home and the satisfaction of everyone for whom I have Built.
By giving my full attention to every detail and taking pride in and responsibility for every part of the structure, our clients are happy with the process and the product.
Green Building Program
I have just completed the Green Building Course and have been certified as a Green Builder by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We will be incorporating Green Building practices into our Buildings. The main goals of these practices are to lessen carbon footprint and increase Energy Efficiency. Realizing that today’s consumers want more Energy Efficiency and Lower Costs, it is the Goal of Breeden Construction to offer this improvement.
